Return policy

Thank you for shopping with Wristbeams™. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error. Please contact us at 📧support@wristbeams.com or 📞844-WRISTBM to receive a replacement unit or refund, minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Wristbeams™: Our goal is to provide the best service to our customers, and we truly appreciate your support.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If delays are expected because of high volume, shipping service problems, or any other reason, you will be notified.

We offer calculated and flat-rate shipping rates for different products. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 📧support@wristbeams.com or 🗨️📞844-WRISTBM with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they were received from us in a defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 📧support@wristbeams.com or 🗨️📞844-WRISTBM for instructions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any unauthorized listings or sales of Wristbeams™ products on Amazon or other marketplaces will be subject to removal. Listings, advertisements, or auction-style sales from unauthorized sellers may be taken down without notice.

3. Warranty Disclaimer for Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers including third-party sellers on Amazon or other marketplaces may not be eligible for Wristbeams™ warranties, money-back-guarantees, or customer support services. To ensure full product benefits, please purchase only from authorized Wristbeams™ sellers.

4. Warranty Policy Clarification

This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or other third-party marketplace websites. On Amazon.com, this warranty applies only to products sold directly by Wristbeams™ or its authorized seller account.

At Wristbeams™, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to give you confidence with every use.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Your Wristbeams™ is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

If your Wristbeams™ fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion replace it with a new one.

WHAT “LIFETIME” MEANS

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable usable life of the product, as determined by Wristbeams™, based on normal use.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidents, drops, or impact damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage)
  • Water damage beyond the product’s stated resistance level
  • Battery degradation over time (for rechargeable components)
Warranty is voided if Wristbeams™ exterior casing is opened. Opening or visible attempts to open or repair the Wristbeams™ may cause damage to the product or personal injury. Under normal conditions, LED chips should not wear out and do not need to be replaced.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
