Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Wristbeams™ purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less applicable shipping charges.

Returned products must be in good, usable condition and free from damage. Products that have been damaged through misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us
Email support@wristbeams.com and include your order number and contact information.

2. Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3.Ship Your Return
Package the product securely and send it to the address listed on the return label.

4. Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, Wristbeams™ will inspect the returned product. If approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, less original shipping charges and return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
