If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full
refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused
condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items
were shipped to you in error.

Please contact us at 📧support@wristbeams.com or 📞844-WRISTBM to receive a replacement unit or refund, minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Items sent back
to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product has been opened, used, or is not returned in its original packaging and resalable condition.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount after the returned product has been received and inspected.

No restocking fee will be charged for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped by Wristbeams.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Wristbeams.
